What does the 1080p mean is that good,iv looked at other tvs around the same price,and they dont say1080 hd ready,im confused ,i want a decent tv .£499.00 should be £799.00,it allso has a free 3 yr warranty via leaflet,good buy or not cheers ,

The 1080 is the number of lines that makeup the picture for hd tv,non hd tvs only have 625 lines(more lines sharper picture).if you have a argos catalogue hd is explained.
