Do i have to pay for a full tv license if i buy it at the end of the year?
In short, if i buy the tv license at the middle of november, do i have to pay for all the year and to pay again on january?or my tv license will expire at november 2008? or can i pay now for the two months remaining and on january pay for the entire year?
