Now we can only get a reception if it is plugged into the tv for the analogue channels or on the digibox, not both. have recut the connection on the aerial that plugs into the tv. how can we get both working again?

Turn off all power to tv & cable box and accessories.make sure all the wires are laying loose and are not pulled or knoted with other wires. make sure all the cable ends are securely in place and are in the correct recepticle. see the owners manual for further instructions.
