Answer Base

I have just bought a second hand toshiba laptop and when i try to load the disc it starts up . there is nothing on the screen and stops after about 20 sec.if a try loading the disc on my desktop or my other laptop there is no problem. but i have a old wanadoo disc and i have tried other disc camera, printer etc and the toshiba laptop as no problem with them any clues

The existing internet supplier installed on the laptop may be stopping ittry going to my computer and clicking the drive then auto run
