I like psychology, philosophy, maths and economics. which subject combination is better for a degree??

I am looking at a joint honours degree, but wonder which combination to take on. i have done philosophy, spanish, maths and physics at a level and gotten as and bs for all of them. at o levels, i have got as and bs in chemistry, english, geography, maths. what i really want to do at degree level are one or two of the following subjects : psychology, philosophy, maths and economics. how do i go about choosing?? my future career interests lie mainly in arts - writer/biographer/editorial work, or in the socially-related field- counselling/psychologist/teach... certain scientific/investigative jobs - experimental or developmental psychology/urban or regional planning/speech pathology/archaology/anthropol... - are also interesting to me, but definitely not business, sales, transport, finance, or corporate type jobs. what subject combos of the above are also best in terms of occupational outlook w/o need for immediate further training in a masters/phd??
Answer
It is always best to concentrate on the subjects at which you do best! (sorry about the capitals but, perhaps they are appropriate) do not try to analise the situation much - go with your heart - and common sense (ok, an unlikely combination!) i changed my life, at the age of 17, when i gave up the offer of a course at university in industrial chemistry to join a firm of accountants for a five year course. never , ever , regreted it and have, with my supportive wife, done exceptionally well ever since (both financially and (what is the right word?) ) totallly perhaps -with our family of three boys and three grandsons. think first, then go with your heart. nice luck fot the future!
