So the film & music industries tell us. somebody got any proof of this ( not hearsay ) or is it big business properganda

To me it is propaganda. government propaganda that is. if you buy a cd say from hmv at $15.00 the government deducts a sales tax out of that ( a percentage depending on country). if on the other hand you buy it from a chinese bootlegger for $5.00, there is not only no tax paid but there is no fat profit added for staff wages and overhead costs and tax etc. so you get a saving of $10.00. this is where the "war on terror" plays its part in public control. by telling us that this money finances terror, we may be worried about buying on the cheap and thereby filling up the government coffers with sales tax money. can you imagine bin laden in a high tech cave in the mountains churning out the latest brittany spears cd? pleeeaaasse!!but what you must know for sure is that if you do buy from virgin or hmv, you are sponsoring government terror on other countries because the sales tax money is used for heavy bombs and bombers. enjoy!
