I have applied for financial support for this year and have been accepted a loan of £4,000.this morning i received a letter from the loans company and the problem is with the expected payment date. one payment schedule date is backed dated, which is: 01/08/2007, 02/01/2008 and 28/03/2008.i have also checked my bank balance and no funds have been received.can anyone tell me how i should write a letter to the loans company requesting the actual dates for the payments to come through?any ideas how to write the letter? help.

It will probably take a while for the funds to reach yr account if they were sent on the day they sent the letter. best idea is to ring them and check when u will recieve the payments.
