I have recident permit visa ,i will apply next year for uk citizenship but we want to buy house with my british husband as a mortgage.lenders dont let to me for apply a mortgage.my husband can apply. i am little bit upset this matter.i am not sure,if he buy this mortgage his name can he sale this house without me.if i have lost that house can i get council house myself with my baby.i am asking bec i am so confused.if divorce one day how much i have right.bec i am working and i will help to house.i dont want one day lost.if someone knows plz answer

If u re legally married in case of divorse u have to split eextremelything 50-50 even if your name is not on the mortgage. eextremelything acquired after marriage is divided 50-50 if there is no another agreement in prenup. if u re not married legally yet and he buys house before u get married - be sure make a prenuptual agreement. if not - the house is his only
