Laptop arrived not as advertised? should i bother to complain?
I just bought a hp pavilion dv6317 laptop which was advertised on their website as silver and high gloss piano black. however, when it arrived the cover is not high gloss piano black but just a regular black cover. is it worth phoning to sort it out?
i just rang them and turns out it should not
have said that on the website so they are
sending me a free carry case to apologise
