My laptop screen keeps going blank (black) and wont do anything ! so i have to restart it then it works ok again, until the next time! any ideas what the problem is? and no, its not my screen saver and its not because its not being used, its only started happening recently.

My screen kept going blank but i found if i... a) tapped it firmly or b) pulled the screen nearly shut than opened it again the image came back.
