When i have restored my ipod back to the factory settings, ever since eextremely time i plug in my ipod it empties the ipod and loads all the tracks from my music library, theres probably a simple explanation but how i can just make it read the stuff thats actually changed or new tracks to be added instead of eextremely thing. im using itunes 7.0, i dont see an auto update to untick
