A.t.m. went wrong and didnt pay out.?

It has been one month now that the royal banks of scotland atm didnt produce the 300 quid i requested - and despite them admitting it had a technical fault - i still havent had my money back. i`ve lodged a complaint with the financial ombudsman - how much longer will it take? who knows the procedure with the ombudsman? this has been a joke - i hope they`re going to compensate me... anyone know anything about this???

Try to get a signed written statement from the person that said it had a problem. keep hounding the bank officaials untill they giv it to you. get the guy who told you that to tell it to the bank bloke ager. ur probably not going to get it, banks arent in teh business of giving away money. get a credit union. they are non profit and actually care about people.
