I ave used it before but since i had anyone add some security to the laptop the blueyooth wont work it wont connect with other devices.ive made sure its on and discoverable and so is the other device(my mobile phone) but its saying that somthing is unplugged.im not very nice with computers im hoping its really simple any ideas??

Check your bt is turned on - the security software you installed may have disabled it due to the potential risk.
