I got norton internet security on my laptop.. and my laptop battery went flat..and when i charged it up my internet security auto-protection has gone off. and when i turn it back on its sayin error and now it sayin when i go on the internet bowsing not safe : auto-protect off and i cant turn it back on..what should i do.. i have tried windows restore. windows back up.. and still cant get it work. i have also gone on norton fix it and that still saying cant fix it.what should i do.

Make sure the "allow service to interact with desktop" box on the "log on" tab for the service properties for the navapsvc.exe and the ccevtmgr.exe services are checked.
