I am using a a lenovo laptop which came with window vista. but lately there is alot of slowdown and i keep losing net connection. so if i use lenovo care and restore system to factory setting. will it also uninstall windows?

No because when your laptop left the factory it already had windows vista installed and therefore it is part of the factory settings. hope this helps.
