Can someone help with sound driver for old toshiba t8000?
I have an old toshiba tecra 8000 and i cannot find the sound drivers for it anywhere. the t8000 was designed for win 98 but you can run xp on it, which i have installed on it. i want to sort this old laptop out for my daughter so she can learn about computers, but for the life of me, i cannot find the driver anywhere. any help will be much appreciated :)

Go to this url for the drivers. it will ask you for the part number, but once you select one, i think they are all the same yamaha drivers.however, being so old, i doubt they will offer a xp version. probably 2k at the latest.http://209.167.114.38/support/download/ln_bymodel.asp#cheersactually, i checked for something to do, and they are all for the same built-in sound card, only difference is the os.yamaha opl3-sax sound system drivernice luck on that!
