Im looking for insurance that entitles me to drive any car i drive,but i dont know where to start,and wot kind of insurance this is and how much it will cost me!something like garage/dealer insurance!

If you have (uk) fully comprehensive cover, normally this will allow you to drive other vehicles with third-party cover. speak to a broker.
