Write a list of say 20 companies you want to
deal with. send details of your services and follow-up what you send on the telephone. ask for feedback from them and leave the door open. this will tell you what areas you need to look at to become an acceptable contractor to them. then you can position your business to meet customer needs. you may find that what looks like nice
contracts from these customers are no better than the ones you already have. the other important way forward is to plan where you want to
be and look for ways of getting there. building a potential customer list and keeping in touch will keep your contracts flowing.
