How to unblock the heater by diy? (the heater is not
hot on the top)?
Can someone so kind to tell me how to make the heater hot, the heater in my room is only hot in the bottem not hot on the top.

If you mean a radiator is not hot you need a radiaitor key about a pound from hardware shops and bleed the radiator by turning the bolt at the top of the radiator opening it abit not taking it out and letting air out and when water appears close bolt and thats it bled,
