Diy dermabrasion for self harm scars?
I read on here that some people who self harm use a rubber to rub the skin away, like a friction burn. would this remove self harm scars, sort of like diy dermabrasion?

No it would not. you can only remove scars by good medical treatment with a qualified plastic surgeon. there are make-up ranges available to cover them but that is the only other option. causing a friction burn would make the scar worse and could get a really bad infection ie necrotising fasciitis - flesh eating bacteria. go see your gp.
