In this instance i suspect that the dormer window needs to be constructed to fit into an existing roof. there will therefore be too many variables such as roof pitch angle and construction to provide a kit. it would need to be constructed in a way to maintain the structural integrity of the roof when the opening for the dormer is cut in.
a better solution would be a velux type roof window. have a look on the link
