Is this safe?
When i put my laptop on my lap i sometimes get an unpleasant feeling in my family jewels so now its on the table, the laptop not my jewels.is it safe to have it on my lap given theres all sorts of waves and whatnot coming from it.

You will undoubdedly be getting microwave and/or other radiation from it so the greater distance from your body the better i would say. on another note-i see people sometimes with mobile phones in their top pocket switched on. this is right over their hearts. i would say there is damage being done. i think the only research that is carried out on these phones and computers is by vested interests; owners of these companies give out their own data.independant researchers find it very difficult to get grants for their investigations. how much money does the government make from mobile phones? and the companies who make and run the networks? is it in the governments interests to grade them as harmful?
