Should i try to fit decking myself?
How difficult is it to fit decking? it looks simple enough... i have basic diy knowledge and would like to learn.the garden is a odd shape, so it will require a lot of angles.should i give it a go? or no?!

Anyone with a nice basic knowledge of diy should be capable of fixing their own decking. if decking is on level ground use concrete blocks to form a level platform for a frame of 6x2 (150mm x 50mm) shaped to your own design.if your ground is not level, use 4x4 (100mm x 100mm) posts concreted into the ground at desired level, and fix frame level.then cut your decking as required and fix using decking screws, takes longer than using nail gun but ensures your decking will not twist.
