Just spent hours trying to find a door porch kit in diy form, i know you can buy them whole but you pay a fortune for the pleasure !!tried all the usual places, b&q, homebase etc even e-bay with no joy..i mean a door canopy kit

Do you mean you want to build the thing from scratch? you could probably find some basic instructions in the diy book that home depot sells, its helpful for the average homeowner. nice luck!
