My mouse pad on my laptop isnt working, i htink my puppy walked over it and now it wont work at all,?
I have had to plug in a usb mouse and i dont know what to do,

First go to control panel and click mouse. open mouse properties and select tab hardware. look the device and click the mouse device that you say is not working. look at the devices status, if it say the device not working click the properties in down right side, select tab driver. click update driver. see if the mouse working or not. if failed, click roll back driver. if failed again, that kind of mean the mouse is broken. the easy ad the best way is get the customer service, if you brought from dell, hp, acer or....
