Answer Base

I had finished my project on my acer aspire laptop, and i turned it off and went to bed. the next day l turned it on to find out that there was no display, so i pressed the on buttom to turn it off and closed it. i came back in about 20 minutes to put it on and when l did, it came on. its finished loading the windows, i was typing in my password when i notice my key pad and mouse had frozen. i have used external usb keyboard and mouse but nothing works. what should i do?

Same thing happened 2 my acer laptop (its a travelmate 2490) i some how man aged 2 disable my keys --- try pressin the fn & f1 keys together so the launch man ager screen comes up then press fn &f7 2 disable the keypad lock (i think) --- if that dont work ---- take it back 2 were u bought it !
