Answer Base

My laptop ( acer 5000 ) gets so hot when i play this game called runescape. runescape uses up 300hz. when i play the game its not laggy or slow or anything. but it makes laptop get so hot upto 82celuis ( i found out from program ). soon as i cross out game and wait 5 mins it goes perfectly normal. back to 55celuis. can anyone tell my why and how to solve it? i was thinking of buyign a cooling pad would it make a big difference?

I had the same problem. it made me worried.i took it to a computer store and they used high pressure air to clean the ventilation of the computor. now, it never get hot, not even when i am playing games. such a small thing to do, and it help. nice luck with your acer!
