Hi i have connected my laptop to tv with svideo to scart lead and it works great but its in black and white.have tried both scart sockets at the back of the tv but both are in black and white.is there anything i can do to get colour pics thankyou thanks will try all these tomorow.

Hi mate, i had this problem with my pc when i first bought my s-video kit, the solution for me was to go into the menu on the actual tv, and change the setting for my av2 socket to s-video, the picture went colour straight away, and also the text was a lot clearer (not fuzzy). if this doesnt work, try plugging the s-video lead into the scart plug, then put a yellow aux lead into the yellow socket on the same scart plug, dont plug the scart in, but run the yellow aux to the yellow av socket on the front of the tv. hope this helps bud, as i know how frustrating it can be.
