Can i use the same internet connection wirelessly with a windows xp desk top pc and a windows vista laptop, ?
If so, any advice in the most basic terms would be verrrry much appreciated. thanks,

Yes you can, it is harder to set up though because they are
different operating systems. if they were both vista it would be easier. if you cant receive the wireless connection to your laptop from your wireless router and you know your in range (connected to your computer) it will most probably be the settings on the router. my auntie has
set this up after days of messing about with it! in the end we called in an it professional.
