As at the moment its a upgrade if you buy a laptop with windows xp,so when does vista come out in the ukthanks

It wont come out until vista comes out, and even then, it will still be xp because vista is more expensive and people wont be used to it yet. the best thing to do is buy a cheap laptop right now(while their still cheap is the key phrase here) and then just upgrade to vista when it comes out. cheaper and easier. vista, when it comes out wont be instantly popular, it will take some time. i mean look ate xp it took at least 4 months to get it preloaded on computers, and boy were they expensive. $5000 for mine. vista will be the same way. look at it this way, if a computer now is $600 and vista home is $200 the estimated price will be about..........$900 to $1000 just because the company has to make some profit. so take my advice, and get the best computer you can now...and then just upgrade to vista when it comes out. easier cheaper better. :) i sure hope this helped
