useless when it comes to computers.i use the internet thru my phone! can someone plz
tell me what i need all i
want to
do is go on the net. im gona go wireless.. do i need to buy a modem seperately or a router? what will i need to get to be internet ready?i asked someone in pc world but they didnt know!!? plz

I have a dell laptop which is great. to go wireless yes you need a modem and a router. my modem is with virgin and i have a linskys router. therefore you need to get a modem from whomever you choose to be your internet provider and then but a router online as places like dixons etc are expensive. shocked that anyone in pc world could not help you!
