Basically tell them what your nice at, hobbies? do you have any certificates on first aid or mechanical certificates etc? qualifications? what experiences you have had with previous employers? they just want to get to know a bit of your experiences with your past, what you are nice at. be confident, tell them that you need the job and you have nice communication skills, you are tactful and you can work either as a team and on your own. if you have any skills you arnt nice at, and its nessasary in this job tell them but tell them you are nice for the job
