Rubbing/squealing noise coming from front wheels of renault clio.?

Apparent when turning. probably more so on left hand turn .checked offside wheel and slight movement when pushed /pulled. is it wheel bearings? if so is it straight forward /simple diy job? any advice appreciated.

Check the brake lining as you may be hearing the warning indicators.
