I really wanna use internet banking for statements etc without having to go to the hole in the wall for them. but im not really sure how to get registered. i tried got half way through and said i needed a security code which i need to call up for. what do i say and do they have to ask you all these security questions ?, coz i have no idea!

Call in and get them to explain it properly. i resisted getting it for years but it makes things much easier. worth the effort.
