I am looking for the above in northern ireland as i know alot of panels of lenders only go up to 85% in northern ireland which is unfair i am self employed and are looking to self cert also have some defaults somebody know of any lenders that do this serious answers only i already own a home so dont need deposit looking to raise more funds
