How do you open a case of a toshiba satelitte laptop i have undone all the screws and it still seems theres screws holding it in place but there isnt helpno the screws seem to be in the middle, and the ports seems to stop it from coming off. can someone helpthanks

Mine opened ok. look carefully, you must be missing a screw.
