Can anyone reccommend a good digital tv usb stick for laptop?
I want to get my brother a usb stick so he can watch and record tv on his new toshiba laptop. (it is a pentium 4 with 2.6 ghtz capability) but there are so many differing reviews on the different brands , i want to get the opinion of somebody with first hand experience. the other problem is budget (of course!!) my absolute top figure would be approx £50 (better if it was £30!)can somebody help, plz?
