Answer Base

Im a small time building contractor based in the south west of england (devon) area, want to get into building houses from scratch and selling on, moving on site to site, individual plots but possibly plots up to 3 dwellings. just wondering where the best places to look are (other then estate agents - i have the idea that the best sites sell before they hit the agents?!). any other advice would be appreciated? big step to take!!
