Why on earth do you want to know that and surely no one will know the answer! i am a conveyancing lawyer and i myself must have completed around 350 mortgages in the last year, if you average each mortgage at £150,000 (altho0ugh some are less and some are alot more!) that is £52,500,000 worth of mortgages. i am onbe conveyancer. there are three more in my office and hundreds of companies throughout the country that do it so it would be a ridiculous amount!
