Hi, i have lots of debt which is drowning me, i have a mortgage of £73000 for my property which is worth £170,00. i want to remortgage and borrow 30k to clear my debt. but because of the debt, my credit rating isnt great. i want to remortgage with the abbey nation which is where i have had my mortgage for 5 years. i have never missed a payment. what do you think my chances are

Excellent i wish i was in your position , if you allow them to settle your outstanding debts for you then i can see no reason why there should be a problem .
