Help nokia 7373,volumn on full but no sound music alarm or ringtones etc coming out of speaker?

If its not in silent mode then the lotspeakers broken this happened to me on a week old phone but it was not a nokia.check your profiles this could affect it ie outdoor,indoor,office etc
