Ive been under a great deal of stress lately and have put on weight?
I read on the internet recently that alot of stress can increase your appetite, therefore increasing your body fat (esp. on the stomach) my stomach has always been flat because i do alot of exercise. however, my stomach fat has increased and i notice that if some bad news comes i just go to the fridge and eat. i know that this is wrong because normally i have nice eating habits. i dont know what to do to lose all the weight and stop my craving of food.

I think you eat because it is comfort food, it relaxes you while you are eating. so instead of eating, try and find some other release for your stress. try jogging or do something with your hands to keep you busy and get your mind off of your troubles. take a bath, brush your teeth, anything, just do something, take a walk. get busy.
