My daughter has never been in trouble before and beleive it or not is a really nice girl. however she foolishly got caught up in a fight and received a police final warning, but no conviction. she is going on holiday to florida and i am worried she will be refused entry. can somebody give advice?

Nobody is refused entry to florida. coming from where? if your entering the country you have to pass customs. if you have a record they can deny you depending on how severe.
