Puts me off my cornflakes.best answer wins a self catering seal clubbing vacation to canada (flights and accomodation not included)

Well why do bar/club owners let them come and drink when they are underage? its for publicity and the city thinks its good for them to say "hey britney and paris come to your town" and expect people to accept there actions. but do i think that the club/bar owners should be held resposible for letting them come in there place and drink and leave and get into accidents.........sure most definetly i think that the city along with the owner of the bar/club should be held resposible. i cant go into the bar or club ! because of my age why should they.....cuz they have money and i dont have money to spend in there.........well like $50 but i am not spending $1000 or more. but still both under 21 where is the justice.
