Most fares do not include or allow a stop over, especially international fares much less for more than a day. when you book it you would actually be paying for seperate segments in one reservation. you can not do this on any website and would have to call the airline directly in order to make one reservation for the whole trip. or buy seperate tickets online. book just to your stop in jfk or atl or wherever and then on to las.
