I am married to a british citizen holding a full uk passport and is present and settled here in the uk.also can i get on a chartered flight to india with my present status? ( i am an indian national from goa,india,with indefinite leave to remain in the uk)

If you would need a visa without the ilr endorsement in your ppt then you still need one. the ilr status makes no difference when it comes to the visa requirements of foreign lands.
