Air sickness, first flight nerves or mk 15 helmets??

Ok so i went on an raf puma the other day as a reward for my work experience, great flight and what an opportunity to break into my "flying career" than being in an raf helicopter. for the flight we were kitted out in proper flight suits and mk15 helmets, which i doubt somebody other than cadets or people in the airforce have used but these arnt custom made to our heads so aircrew may not know what im on about. these helmets are one size fits all, but they bloody hurt, felt like they were crushing my head and i left with a major headache. great flight though, loved it. in the flight i started feeling a bit dizzyish and light stomached.so heres the question...was it the helmets (most probably) airsickness, or first flight nerves making me feel like that??i expect it to be either the fact ive never flown before or the fact the helmets bloody cained but can someone say its happened to them?cheers..went up again today in a 2 seater tutor, great fun, helmet was better and felt ok aswell, i think this q has been answered.jollygreengiant eh? howd u manage that i thought only yaks got em??
