Discount car hire are rip offs?
Hi has anyone out there had any problems with discount car hire if so get in touch,we booked a vw shuttle 9 seater for our hols in november 2006 for the price of £799 for 2 weeksi kept getting intouch with them to make sure ething was ok they said ething was fine. it was getting deliverd on the day we was going on our holiday 9.00 o clock on the dot that came and went 10.00 o clock still no minibus, so i phoned discount car hire up they said it will be coming there short of drivers (fair enough) we waited and waited , i phoned them up again so they give me the number of the place were it was coming from! i rang them up they said they were in leeds we are in york ! it was suppose to come from 1 of 3 branches in york (der) mmmmmm and it was pick up only dchsaid it was getting deliverd to our door? when i was talking to them in leeds dch had booked us a 17 seater minibus they lost our 9 seater vw shuttle . they rebooked it on the 2nd aug we were goin on the 17th help

They messed up that badly the first time, and you allowed them to rebook? why? and what does the subject under discussion have to do with insurance or registration? and perhaps more importantly, what is the question?
