I need to buy a ticket from london to singapore and so far southall travel offers the best fare. however, on the web there are some bad reviews of this agency. i know that southall travel made its name for budget flights to india, but are they reliable for flights to other destinations? thanks a lot for any input.

Go with sta travel. they are all over london. and you dont need to be a student to use them.
