Cyprus does not place any restriction for people that traveled to turkey or any other country. cypriot citizens are traveling to turkey since 2003 when the turkish gov allowed them to do so. the only issue is when it comes to travel, is for people that travel directly to the occupied areas of cyprus and not through the legal ports and airports in the free areas and then cross through the "green" line. turkish citizens of course can travel to cyprus as long as they arrive through the legal ports and airports.
